New platform, renewed conversations in comics scholarship

After an extended hiatus required to upgrade our digital infrastructure and publishing tools, we are thrilled to reopen this platform for academic dialogue, research highlights, engaging commentary, and fresh perspectives that celebrate comics from all angles.

This relaunch also coincides with a broader renewal of our online presence. Following our recent move from comics-studies.com to comicsstudies.com and the website refreshed design, the blog's return marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for our committee, as we are dedicated to sharing new content on a much more regular basis than in the past, featuring contributions from researchers around the globe and fostering ongoing conversations about comics and graphic narrative.

We are especially delighted to kick off this new phase very soon with our very first contribution. Stay tuned for the upcoming release, and thank you for your patience as we rebuilt a better home for comics research!
